Lumbar Support?

Lumbar support deflated on both seats? Buttons beside the seat seem to be dead and don't work at all. Checked the fuse (#60-7.5 fuse) in the rear fuse panel, it's ok. Any other direction I can go on?

When you roll the knobs, do you hear the inflator pump come on?

No. I have never heard the pump come on, but I could feel the bolsters work and tighten up and loosen.

Mine were disconnected by previous owner who said the used to inflate and deflate at random. I would often hear a hissing sound. I removed control blocks and inspected, and reconnected (probably reinstalled them correctly!). Bingo all working both seats. Never had a problem again.

The bolsters cannot fill/expand if the air pump isn't working.

He just said he doesn’t hear them. That doesn’t mean they are not working.

It's become really odd. The seats will bolster at startup, but then feel like if they slowly start disinflating. I wonder if they have a software reset or if they are somehow controlled by software?

That's what silence means in my car. If I move any of the knobs, I hear the system respond.

If the bolsters inflate and then slowly deflate, it sounds like the system is leaking.

This is precisely the problem I have in mine too. When I startup, I can feel the air entering and the supports going to the "set" position of whatever I set the knobs at. Then, after about 12 - 15 minutes, I can feel that the lumbar is no more - it has slowly "disappeared". If I pull over, shut off, and restart the vehicle, within a few seconds, I feel the lumbar coming back into place.

The service centre has checked repeatedly for leaks, and they say no leaks. Vacuum tested the system.
They checked for o-rings being worn/needing replacement. Also no issues.
Removed the pump and checked it on its own. Also no issues.
They think it must be "something" somewhere in software, and we're stumped.

I am still going through this forum, maybe I'll see something below. But. if someone can advice, it would be much appreciated.

Mine is now doing exactly the same thing. Start the car and the bolsters inflate and hold the air, but after a couple of minutes they suddenly deflate.
