2005 S500, 2013 E350 cab

No power to trunk lock

Hi all,
Today the E350 car battery died and I had to jump it. I'll test the battery tomorrow. Before I jumped it, I had to use the emergency key to open the trunk. Even with the power restored, the trunk will not unlock via the fob or the door switch. No sound of "unlock" from the trunk.

Any thoughts on a solution? I thought maybe a fuse but I haven't gotten that far yet to check it.

I don’t know your car but, usually there is a switch in the glove box to lock the trunk when you have to valet park.if you still use a mechanical key then I guess it’s irrelevant. This is for keyless start, where the only key is the one stored in the key FOB.
