2012 Mercedes E550 Cabriolet Won’t go into gear
Hey guys,
I ran into an issue for the past several days where my E550 starts, but won’t go into any gear. After about 5 seconds from starting, the engine fan goes to max speed. All of the infotainment and climate control blacks out and the dashboard lights up with every light. I have a new battery in the car. I tested the alternator and it’s good. All of the fuses are good too.
Hopefully someone has some insight about this.

You really lucked out!
Most ppl don't get that much help when their Benz acts up.
In there you cam clearly see your shifter being displeased.
You need to find what relay command power to circuit 30G ? Is this the prefuse K2 relay ?
Dig up your schematic to trace that circuit with a DVM
