i just received an over-the-air map update from 2018/2019 Eastern States version 13 to version 14.

I have a MY18 E400 Cab that I purchased in November 2017 - in May of '18 I had the software updated - at that point 2018/2019 V10.0 was the latest release for our vehicles ...

The Dealer has to have the vehicle and execute an over-the-air update .. took about 1hr 15min ..
You can call the Parts Dept and give them your VIN and they will tell you what the latest version is ... for my Dealer I made an online Appointment to handle
If they tell you a newer version is now available, let me know !
How did you recieve it? Did you have to do anything to get the OTA download? Thanks!
Over the air updates are avaiable for MY 2019 vehicles with Mercedes me connect. It’s very convenient. No more trips to the deal to get the maps updated.
