Exterior color for macchiato beige/yacht blue interior
I’ve settled on macchiato beight/yacht blue interior. Love the blue accents since that is an unusual interior color.
So, I’m trying to decide on the exterior color. Originally, I wanted Cardinal red but then figured with the blue that might be a little odd/inadvertently patriotic..
So I’m down to:
(1) Lunar Blue: an obvious choice but not my favorite since it is nearly black
(2) Iridium Silver: your basic silver - a safe choice
(3) Diamond Silver: appears to be a light blue-silver based on pictures (no examples available at my dealer)
(4) Selenite Grey: dark grey - usually my go-to color for cars.
(5) designo White: probably safest choice, but white has never been at the top of the color choices and it’s $1500...
So, I think my top two are Selenite Grey and Diamond Silver. I realize color selection is purely personal preference, but curious to hear comments.
We just got a Selenite gray with the beige/blue interior on our E450 coupe and love it. I feel this combo is very low-key on the outside and quite regal on the inside. These colors are also very unisex IMO, so everyone in the family is happy to drive it.
I wanted cardinal red but it wasn't available so designo white it is and I love the interior and get tons of compliments on the yacht blue combo w/ light sen wood
I agree with ggoncruz about the Lunar (Lunatic) Blue Metallic, You have to see it in person. It reallly changes with the light. I drove to the two dealers in Las Vegas (100 miles) three times when we were deciding on what color to order. I liked the Metallic Green, Iridium Silver, and basic white to go with the MacchiatoBeige/Yacht Blue interior. When I saw the Lunar Blue, I was sold. I get many compliments on the color combination. The darkness of the color does show the road dust, but that's why God made the California Duster. I use it often between washes.

Why not consider Silver Dune Metallic? I have it and it's a stunner!!! Gets comments everywhere I go. I get, "OMG, I didn't know Mercedes made that color".

Just about any light color they offer will look good with that int. My car has that int and ext is diamond white, looks great. Don't get many compliments because everybody is Jealous of the car
Blue Baby!! We get all kinds of compliments with the top down. Purchased in 2022 used and still can't find another built like this one. The perfect color combination.
I had a c350 with diamond silver outside and cappuccino inside and really liked the unusual combo . The diamond silver definitely has a blue tinge which makes the regular silver look a little dull in comparison . Got many compliments , but not everyone's choice .
