I got today a confirmation from my dealer that 2020 E450 cabs are released couple days ago. He told to expect to have the cars at the dealership at any day.

mbusa.com page has been updated for 2020 models. Seems like all E450 cab models comes with updated AMG driving wheel, or they have a bug in the page.

I see there is a $1,250 price increase in the base price of the E53. I didn't notice any other changes.

There is an increase to top speed whit getting the non-standard tires. Don’t know if these are still run flats.

The DOG does not mention this in the 'What's New' section. It's a bug. The build portion of the website always seems to have a few bugs for a week or two when they change to a new year.
