Panamericana Grille Installed

Quote: Sorry! My mind is off to a slow start today. Now that I think about it, the grill that I’ve installed came with no emblem. The factory emblem (which contains some sensors) was simply installed in the center opening in the replacement grill. The opening for the camera is just above the emblem. The Panamera grill that I got is of very high quality - perfect molding and an exact fit. It was a very straightforward swap aside from the fact that the entire one-piece front bumper cover and grill surround have to come off.

Sorry for my confused recollection!
oh great news! Oh wow, thanks for the update. What year is your car?

2021 Cabriolet
This Panamera grill makes the 2020 and earlier cars look very much like the facelifted 2021 Coupe and Cabriolet.

I've seen some people change their avantgarde grille with the P/A grille and it just doesn't go. It really needs the AMG line lower bumper for it to look good.

2) yes you take the bumper off. I got my workshop to do it.

Mine looks like this :

this looks great! Can I ask did you have to paint the chrome around the grill? This other example below still has chrome on the outside I would prefer not to have this

Hi, I just changed my stock grill on 2021 GLS450 to the AMG grill and it looks great, but you can see my radiator. Did you paint your radiator or is there a mesh I can buy and install behind the grill? Please help!!

Has anyone thought of placing Grill Mesh behind their grill to help protect the internals? I saw a Youtuber who changed his E-Class to that grill but he put car mesh behind it. I saw another Youtuber do this on his C-Class as both mentioned that they want to help protect the internals from large rocks and debris.

I have mine installed however I have I had to modify mine to get my star to stay in an lock. Since the grill was not the original OEM some drimel work needed to be done. Unfortunately the replacement star I got from China but thought it was coming from the US as per the seller blocked my Distronic. So now, I may have to go back to my original grill or find a way to remove my glass star that is blocking the signal. It's to hot right now to remove the bumper so I will wait until the fall to replace the grill with my original glass start that show some wear on it. The star from MG is $360 which I don't feel like paying.

Update: I removed my bumper and removed the NON-OEM Star and put my OEM star back in and everything works now. So you know the OEM start cost $360 from MB

They pop up on Ebay US every now and again at around $100 USD. Just the grill with the AMG badge. Just make sure you get the version for you car as in camera or no camera. Comes in black or chrome.

Black surround (chrome delete) for the grill and trim comes with night pack add on. You can buy gloss black grills on ebay as well. I don't know what rims he has.

I does look hot....except neither the front or rear bumpers have been refitted very well. Neither have the joints where they meet the metal seated properly....easy fix though.
