I want to replace the flat Mercedes hood emblem with the traditional star hood ornament on my 2020 E450 coupe. I can’t seem to find any info on the internet about which one will fit. Does anyone here know?

Some chinese knock offs for as low as 12 dollars and then some OEM ones over 30 dollars. Guess you will have to have a body shop cut a hole in the hood to mount it, don't see any self adhesive stick on ones for Mercedes.
2020 e450 coupe flat badge is part 0008171701 same as 213 sedan, available Star for sedan is 2218800086. Although EPC does not show it for coupe my guess it should be compatible. Before purchasing check return policy note, if they run your VIN it will show not compatible.

Looks good in that above picture, I thought it might look funny with the big black star on the grill, but it does not. I'm gonna give it a try, just ordered this knock off for 23 bucks on Amazon, hopefully it will fit and not be too hard to remove the old flat one and install this star emblem. Looks to be pretty easy, was just looking at it, looks like you press in the tabs on either side of the spring in the middle of the badge and then it must pop off, hopefully instructions with the new star on installing it. I got this on amazon, looks like it should be the one hopefully even though it says only up to 2010's.
Man, I love doing mods, it's in my blood. I like custom different things than the rest of the pack. I do like Star hood ornaments, one reason I bought the luxury package with my wagon. I like the wheat ears one with the blue, it'll match the top and int.
