i follow all the steps from this video but i cant access engineering mode.
can anyone help me?

You won't access it
It should be enabled at the dealer first

so its impossible to enable it? i want mirrorlink. it was enabled but i dont know why now its dissabled

I didn't say that
but you should find a dealer who will do that or a third party workshop with dealer hardware and software (we have a lot here in Russia lol)
Why don't you want to use apple CarPlay or Android auto instead?

i have also old software (version 0.67) and i want to update my car software . but here telling me that this is impossible

Should every MB dealer be able to access the Engineering Menu? My dealer really wanted to help with this, but they needed a special code, that they did not get from MB.
Are any other parties able to open access to this? Once accessible, you can do that using the menu shown in the video of the OP.
