Here in Australia, the specifications have just been released for the facelift E300, and after the time you have owned the car, how have you found the power of the E300?
Our market has now deleted all diesels and in its’ place are now an E200 coupe, the E300 has been a constant fixture but I haven’t driven one and thought i would ask you.

the power is around 250bhp loads as far as I’m concerned you can remapp it for an extra 30 approx. But in sport mode it’s a flyer no wheel spin just plant it and it fly’s lol. Yea plenty of power. Hope this helps

Thanks for that, it does help, ok so that’s about 190kW, i remember when a ‘muscular v8’ was 185kw. I probably wouldn’t do a remap. I’m happy enough to choose between the agility select programs of comfort, sport and sport plus. The majority of driving is in traffic anyway. But I was looking for if you need to over take and you plant it and it just goes.
Do you know how many kilometres you get per tank?

probably about mid 30’s in mpg that’s roughly 400 per tank so you calculate into km lol.

lol, i did hesitate when i wrote km as i looked at your location and i asked myself, does Ireland do miles or KM.
It's about 6-7 L/100, so that's pretty economical for the size of the car.

Ireland does km. N Ireland miles. All depends how you drive it but there’s that many clocks etc in the computer to keep u updated on driving styles you’ll find the one most suited to economy or speed. The default setting is comfort mode.
