I'm a little surprised that the Rubalite Red is similar to the Emerald Green in that they both are close to black, except in sunshine. The online depiction on the MB Site makes them look more Red and more Green than they actually are.
If I knew the Rubalite Red was that color (instead of the kind of pink color it resembles on the web site), I might have gone for that for my coupe, instead of the green.
I went back and forth with those two colors for ages before opting for the red . Having seen both in person I feel the green tends towards more black and the red tends towards more brown . Regarding the configurator ,the colors are very misleading to the point that my son keeps asking me if my 'pink ' car has arrived yet !
Lots of people have thought my Lunar Blue was black. Is it a Mercedes thing? I like when. colors are deceptive. Both that red, and the green are awesome colors.

Got word today that our E450A cab has been built. It is at the port in Europe waiting for ship assignment. Placed the order the first of June 2021. No word on any deletions. Keeping fingers crossed for no shipping interruptions.
Picked up my wife’s E450
cabriolet today. It was ordered first week of June. Long wait. The good news is no deletions. Even have the hands free trunk opening. Paid MSRP and got top dollar for my trade in. Very happy with Mercedes Benz of Nashville.

Oh yeah. Bet that bi-turbo V8 is a screamer. I would have preferred the bi-turbo V6 to this "mild hybrid straight 6." However this car is more about technology than anything else. It has a great ride and some really cool "bells and whistles." Oh, and it is paid for as well.
