Spare Tire Question
Both my 2020 E350 and 2022 E450 have run flats. For piece of mind I bought (what was advertised to be) a spare tire for a 2018-2020 E Class as insurance during a long road trip.
The tire/rim are in fantastic condition but the concern is the tire is from an Audi Q5. The bolt patterns for Audi Q5s are the same as an E Class, 5 x 112.
Does anyone know of any issues using this spare on my cars? The diameter is 19” so though it is a doughnut spare, it is obviously larger than the typical 17” spare.

BAD News #1
I took the tire to my tire shop for my answer. The bolt pattern is correct but my coupe has larger calipers and the rim does not fit.
Bad news #2
One of the run flats has a bubble and needs to be replaced. I’m looking at $400 for the tire, ground shipping plus installation. Likely $500 after everything is said and done.
I’m going to research how I can install normal tires.

Well it looks like I will be able to return the tire - phew.
Bill regarding the Modern Spare you bought. Did the “regular” one for the E450 Coupe fit your wheel? Did the caliber get in the way?
OR did you buy the tire for the AMG E 53 vehicle which made accommodations for the larger caliber.
Would you mind posting photos of your caliber?
EDIT: I called the Modern Spare Company (Disclaimer: I have no financial (or ANY) relationship with the company) and ordered a spare/jack/carrying bag combo.

If the Modern Spare tire doesn’t fit they have a spacer to push the rim/tire away from the caliber. That’s what they do for the AMG cars

I have the Bermiester Sound System that came standard on the car, not the 3D. I had the same question. The liner fits fine.
I did have to cut the small slits so the tie down hooks could be used.
