package arrived at 5:00PM yesterday, and by 5:55 it was all installed, ready to go.

Looks beautiful... put a pair of sylvania silverstars in there and lighting has improved a lot

I'll post mine soon. I'm waiting for my other pair of smoked clear corners to arrive since my old one...one of them oddly fell out while I was driving.

What company are those Euro Lights you purschased from?

Yeah, I'd like to know. I'm thinking about getting a set from an Ebay seller but I don't know which seller to go with or which brand. The s over which brand is better, seem to be based on taste and opinion.Did you get yours off Ebay?

Tony.

That same thing happened to me, when I installed the OEM 1995 E320 corner lights in my car. The only thing was that I was doing about 120mph earlier, and when I got home, I saw NO side marker.

BTW: I prefer the 1995 E320 side marker over the ALL orange, or ALL clear ones. The half orange and half clear blend add a sportier look to the W124.

I have always used depo clears and never had them fall otu once.

My current crystal clears fit in nice and tight.

The only reason any of them would fall out is from improper installation. I also always make sure the clip on the back is securely latched on.

AshMan

alON

i just did a search on the fitment quality question, it seems others corners have fallen out.

it has been 3 years since this hot warm debate-almost exactly.
that's comical!

a 'search' on clear corners

i thought you were upgrading the front lights OE. 'i thought' you seemed like you were so concerned about getting the best ones and posted alot of questions.
in some research you would have read this is quite common with clones/knock-offs/aftermarket.

back some time ago this OE/whatever debate over clear corners.
different people who don't know each other or own stock in these manufacturing companies, all chimed in on THEIR experiences owning both types.
alON and i have been the poster boy debate kings at mercedesshop on this subject, in the past.

some interesting opinions/experiences expressed on these links.

sorry lads, but I think those Euro lights look absolutely awful ! In the side by side comparison, I reckon the original ones look much classier !

ebennz, like I said I have never had any fall out.

Then again, I always make sure the clip is secure on the inside. you know the metal part ont he tab? I always unclip that from the plastic that it slides ov er to make the clip sit further out locking it in better.

I've had 4 sets of aftermarket corners, none ever fell out. My original clears I replaced with smoked corners, then I got and extra set of clears with my euro lights, then I changed them for the crystal clears. never had an issue with them.

Personally if you can afford it go with the oem, if you can;t make the right choice in aftermarket and you will be fine.

I like different, which is why I didn;t go oem.

I just changed my lights over to Euro Spec with clear corner too, I think they look soooo much better. Plus the lighting is better too. Sorry, I have to disagree with you.

Are you talking about the clear corners or the head lights? 'Cause if you're talking 'bout the headlights...I don't see how old faded PLASTIC looks CLASSIER than new shiney GLASS. Plus the lighting is much better...on both.

Looks good Chris. I wouldn't worry to much about the 94-95 euro lights on
the older hood it's hardly noticeable. I was rolling like that for awhile till I updated my hood.

* By the way these rims are still for sale. Mint 17x8 OG MB Monoblock Sports on almost new 235/45 Conti Sports. $800 (So CAli area local pick-up only)
