I bought new headlight wiper panels and totally removed all the wiper, hose and everything else
Thanks Ash, yeah, I painted them myself, but the right ones came out okay since some dirt got on the panel when it was still wet. I might just buy new wiper panels and do a better job since I was rushing.
Here are some head on pictures.

Yeah, I could do that too. What kind of sand paper do you recommend to strip the paint off?
I should take my time when I do it.

ROFL!! anyways not gonna get involved, but can you do like a quick DIY of how to take out the wiper panels and all that? it doesn't have to be all pro (like my DIY on the amp was LOL) but those wipers bug me a LOT because people always bend my silver star emblem and make my wipers poke out and stupid crap like that....

LOL...I use to have friends who did that, but that was soooo high school.
Well, I believe you'll have to loosen up the headlight itself to be able to completely take out the panels.
There are two bolts holding the wiper panel in place. One is on the headlight itself in the front of the car, the other is on the side of the headlight. You'll have to remove the corner light to get to it and remove it. It'll be on the bottom and it bolts to the car itself.
It is a possibility that you'll definately have to loosen up the headlights to get it out. Which is a pain. there's only 3 bolts that hold the headlight in place excluding the plastic screw that hold the headlight at the top.

I probably wont get a hood for awhile. When you buy it...you always forget about how much it would cost to paint it and what not. It's just a pain and its not as important. I think the wheels are fine for now, I need to budget my money now. lol
The headlight trim panels vary from 8-20 bucks. Make sure you specify its for a 260E.

Because those are the wiper panels without the holes. If you try to give the part # for a 300E they'll give you something else. Trust me, I've learned by experience.

If I buy a newer hood, even at $100, which is the cheapest I've found, I'd have to buy a grill ($100), a hood pad (about $50, 'cause I'm NOT gonna put my 13 year old pad on my new hood) and then have it painted and possible blended which means fenders too ($300 minimum!) for a total of $550. That's $10 MORE than I'm spending just painting and smoothing the grill for essentially the same look or effect. That's $280 towards wheels, interior upgrades or something else I have in mind. IMHO, 94-95 hoods are over-rated.
