94 E420,
Since you already have the H&R Springs, I advise you to get Bilstein Sport Shocks and not the HD's. HD's will not be compatible with lowering springs and yet I still don't know why people do so. If you want to know where you can perhaps get the shocks, you can contact TWS here in Walnut, CA at

As for the grill you have now, I think it looks perfectly fine. Although if you chose to go Avantegarde style grill ask people on this board which ebay seller they ordered it from...since I've heard some cases where the grill was messed up or didn't fit. People here will be able to answer it for you. or do what I did and simply black it out yourself. Heres the link from when I did mine. https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w124/86810-finally-finished.html
As for the corner lights. I recommend ebay sellers Katmac Imports or basically order it from www.importvision.com. I've ordered from both and both offer quality parts and shipping is impressively fast. Are you looking for clear or smoked corners?
oh and for the Remus exhaust...check out TWS and have it specially ordered or if bergwerks is still around...check them out and see how much they can get it for you. It's pricey though, I've checked into it and it was around 400 something just for the muffler. You could simply get any other brand and get it custom welded and piping and it'll be just as good. good luck!

here's the difference...lol
I have those smoked ones right now. Good luck with the grill when you get it. For the shipping process...depending on where you live...I got mine less than a week so I have no clue how long it should take to get to your place.
Fronts you do need an internal spring compresser like a Klann...which you can rent from a number of places. Just as easy though.
All you really need to do now is install that grill and perhaps get rid of the headlight wipers and you're set.
