this is a sterring wheel cover, so it goes on top of your existing steering wheel.

Like snap-on upgrade, if you will.

lots of cars
why did you go with a 35 % side wall?

225/40/18 fits perfect on the 300e and gives alittle more protection against pot holes. Glad you went with falken since they have the best lip protection. Hope you do get any bent lips.

I bet he didn't like the fact that it only covers the front half of the wheel. The "wood" probably looks like ***** in person, too.

[QUOTE=jdmfiend;1767629]its back in the shop getting more things done.

moar pix:

spacers. 10mm on left, 15mm on right

I have a question, what is the purpose of doing that. Putting different sized spacers on different sides. I understand when someone wants to put a 10mm on the front and 15 on the rear, but left and right? I am confused, and would like to have a better understanding of it.

Thanx

by the way, the car looks awesome.

he means that the spacer on the left in the pic is 10mm and the one on the right is 15mm. Not the left and right of his car.

I can see why you might be confused, though.

I think he was just showing us both front and rear at the same time, not a left and right comparison.
