Just picked up a W124 LORINSER
Its a 1988 300E Lorinser Edition.
Thinking of a few mods for it:
S600 Grille
Crystal Taillights
Headlights
Taking off the 300E emblem in the rear too.
Also going to put my C7 wheels when i get my other wheels on the w203.
I plan on painting it in a few months (Gunmetal Grey).
And i might get a Remus muffler since my W203's Eisenmann race is so loud.
Which headlights look better?
What do you think of these Tails?
And, hows the fitement on these Grilles?
Thanks Guys

I think the E500 Headlights with the smoked taillights would look the best on this car.

Both of those headlights are ugly in my opinion. Get the "frosted" ones, and if you can, look for the 500e/e500 style ones which the fog lights are now driving lights. And get the 94/95 tail lights, the "led" tail lights look out of place. Lastly, that grill will not work since that is for the 94/95 hood, but since you are painting the car, why not convert the hood? If you do convert, make sure you get a corresponding grill and headlights.

AW GAWD someone kill me! Don't butcher up a lorinser with those cheap plastic lenses. Get the real deal euros, they'll last longer, they won't fade and turn yellow, and you can count on OEM quality, not to mention they look better. Take care of it, you have yourself a gem us W124 enthusiast can only dream of.

I have the Crystal setup on my car and i am pleased on how the look...so far, they are great....no fading or yellow-ness has appeared on them...they are of great quality and fit just fine.....it all depends on how you want your car to look...my car is white w/grey bottom and i think everything fits well. Check out page 11 of the pics thread at the top of the 124 main page....if you like that grill, which i do, do like LnkPrkSoldier said and update the hood...that is a plan of mine that i will hopefully soon do.

500E Signal Rot
Light choices depend upon what your going to use, if your just using regular halogen bulbs, then go with the euro lights. If your going to do a HID upgrade, then go this route (or something similar with clear lenses)
The red/clear tail lights are very nice, but if I were you, go for the LED tails, they are very bright and modernize the look of the car.

If you were to go the 500E route headlights. Go with Hella's.. I will be going that route in the near future.
