Does texas require front and rear license plates? if not, then can the rear one and just keep the front
As for the tails, I have a crapload of stuff watched in my ebay stuff from ebay.de.. want some?
The GF-1 are nice... a little extreme for my tastes though...

Yes, you need both plates. b!tches.
I wish the US used plates like they have in europe.

Yeah, I wish I could see those wheels on my car before I commit to them.

As for the ebay.de stuff, I don't have any money right now, but thanks anyway.

those aren't bubbles! It's adhesive from the last silver overlay. I wanted to see how it would look. I'm going to remove the ashtray CF and do it over. It's just a ***** removing the adhesive from the previous overlay...

It's like ... I remove everything so it can loosen it up a bit but I can't seem to get a good grip on the sides of the speedomotor to pull it out.

If your interior is grey, I agree.

Mine is creme, which looks like tan, and CF would look stupid.

Besides, I want to do those chrome rings around the gagues anyway and that + wood would be way overdone for one instrument panel.

Do you mean remove the cluster from the dash or remove the speedo from the cluster?

the cluster and I need to find out how to remove the odometer as well. Last time I tried ... I loosened everything. The speedometer cable to give it some more slack and etc but nothing.

the cluster is just friction fit to the dash. MB makes a "special tool" to remove it, but basically you could use a really thick clothes hanger or something like that. I'll look around and see if I can find the pic of what I'm talking about. If not I think the "E-Class Owner's Bible" might have a pic I could scan.

Yeah, Mercedes Shop has a tutorial on their website. I followed that and can't get it out. I might just buy the "special" tool to remove it.

Hey,
That guy " speedy300Dturbo " was just recently sellin' his old A/C control unit on eBay and I asked him "why" would he replace a perfectly working unit. Guess what....he never wrote me back. My guess you never know what you can get. BTW. Looks like he's everywhere(here's eBay link).

Does that link seem like it will help? It looks pretty straightforward to me.
