How soon, realistically, do you think you'll be done with your Bilsteins and how much are you going to want for them?
And don't tell me to make you an offer, just tell me. If you're going to force me to offer you something, then I'll give you $1.05 + .56 for shipping, so just tell me how much you want...
the deal is still going through. I'm just keeping everything on the DL for right now.
Matt,
ummm I'm not sure how much I want for them yet since I haven't been able to remove the front struts. like I said the rear shocks and all four springs have been removed. I don't like setting prices so whatever you think is reasonable. I had the suspension for about a year and everything is still good.
anyone else that's interested... no low ballers and serious inquiries only.

And did my spring compressor work out for you?
I also have a special wrench for the top bolt on the front struts if you need it.
IF the bottoms are tight. you need leverage. maybe you need to pick up an electric impact gun to dot he lower bolts.
I would definately try some liquid wrench on the bottom bolts if they wont come loose.
on my car mine were tight, but I was able to get some leverage with an extension bar on the handle of my ratchet and broke them loose.

I tried using leverage and broke a socket and a ratchet..so no luck there...
We tried using a compressor from kragen and could only do the rear springs with that one...
By the way chris i found this one 8,995 but it says make offer...all it needs is your hammers

The one int he engine compartment is easy, but requires an allen on top of a 21mm bolt I believe.
If it is the lower ones, did you try an impact socket and a long breaker bar?
Also heat can help to loosen a stuck bolt too as far as I remember.
I would put some liquid wrench and heat the sucker up a bit and then try to break it loose if that works. one could also try an air chisel to wrap the bolt a bit then try to break it loose.
Didn;t you guys take the front springs out with my spring compressor? I know you guys got the reas which chris said took like 6 hours with the kragen compressor which sucks ***.
I rented one from them once, and bent the hell out of it just trying to compress one of my springs. but they took it back no questions and gave me back the deposit.

I will have my parents ship out the clear-corners to you soon
