Brakes Job Time! - 1 question b4 i start tho

hey guys ive been meaning to get on here more often...anys ways im doin the brakes on the 124 (94 e320)....i got brembo rotors for the front and pads all around....im gonna do it on monday and take pictures and all the nice stuff.....so quick question....Can I push the piston back with a c clamp or do I need to rotate it as well with one of those tools?

thanks in advance for any helpful hints you can drop.

You can use a C clamp and push it back.

Just make sure you first remove some fluid from the master cylinder reservoir or else you'll make a mess.

you dont have to remove any fluid. just loosen the cap a little so that the brake fluid can flow without hiccups.

easiest way to push back the brake caliper cylinders is to leave the old brake pads in there and use pliers (insert between pads and open instead of closing) but that requires removing the caliper completely aside from the brake hose.
