few pix of my wald benz from IFO houston, tx. ^_-

put #1 pads in the rear and #3 in the front, thinking itd eliminate the wheel gap before the show. well, i drove around for a whole day and the springs STILL didnt settle. im tired of toying with this retarded suspension, im installing air this week. i wasnt in the condition to show. but i showed for a friends booth (www.j-stuff.jp) and it was cool to hang out with some friends for a day.

whats new?

- headlight wiper delete panel (no more headlight wiper yaay!)
- chrome door handles
- luxury car curtains, heh.
- spring pads
- painted mirror bases
- woodgrain shift knob (not shown)

next?

- full exhaust
- AIR ****ING SUSPENSION (order this week)

enough *****ing. some pix.

gangsta display points? lol

comfy back seat

awesome gf. helped me detail clean my car after it POURED on the way up there. kudos my dear.

thats all. stay tuned. ill do a step by step on my air. some of my mini trucking friends are putting it on.

Wow, very nice look you got goin with the Wald. I can't wait for the air suspension. Any more details on the curtains? I am interested in getting some of those for the TE

You should get an Audi a6 (ie 2002 or so) Rear arm rest and take the pop-out cup holders and mod them into the back arm rest in your ride. I'd do it in my car, but the TE doesn't have a rear arm rest.

Pretty slick ride, not feelin the curtains or wind visors but other than that its clean

What size are the rear wheels, height and width, tire size?, how much of a drop do you have? and what kind of spacers are you using for the back?

Hmm, those curtains are pretty nice, perfect for keeping prying eyes out of the back of the ol TE. What do you think of the quality? Worth the money? My only concern would be that once I got them on whether or not I could remove the door panel easily if I had to service anything. I guess I'll email them for details, I like em a lot. Those with my Tint would be grrrrrrreat

Awe man, don't change the wheels, they are pretty sick, what did you have in mind to replace them?

I have 18x8.5 rims with 225/40's and i want the rear's to be a bit farther out, maybe a half inch to fill the well a bit more and i am thinking about going down another quarter inch, do you get any rubbing with your setup? and is that a 500E or a standard w124 wheel well/fender size?

W124's
Ryan, I got first dibs on your wheels like we've discussed in the pass if you ever decide to get rid of them. Even though after the meet on Saturday I finally found out what wheels I want to get now.

Pictures looks good bro. Someones birthday is coming up soon. Sorry I can't make it out - New job is making me work crazy hours and it'll lighten up eventually mid feb but I actually might be heading to Houston during the middle of Feb with my sisters to visit some friends.

btw... That's a standard W124/non-500E.

Well, I think he's just going for looks. I've installed some air ride suspensions and there's no way you can get any kind of handling. They feel like the suspension is going to jump out of the car and are really soft and bouncy.

I hear you, but it would be a damn shame to have such a pretty car laying around wasting itself in a garage or on the street.

look into it, you'll find most guys do it just to have their cars laying around on carshow floors and as a decoration to their garage...
