Cool Curious to see what you have to say...

If anyone had the chance to buy another new/used vehicle, what would it be? Just curious to see what different car brands you all are into? And while you are at it, what was your first car?

My first car was a '89 190E then I got a '92 400E bought new in '91 by my mechanic, a true "one owner" (it looked just like Phams' 300E he had w/o the mods) then the car in my sig which I currently drive. I would have kept the 400E, but I left it at a friends house in North Carolina while on vacation and it got severe hail damage to the hood trunk and roof. Long story short it "totalled" the car, by that I mean it would cost more than the car was worth to fix it says my insurance agency. I sold it for $3000. Oh, and if I could buy another used car, I know its not another manufacturer, but I would get a 500E because they are badass...thats a good reason right?

My first car was a 1980 VW Vanagon. It had a three foot long stick shift. Yikes. Great car, though.

What car would I buy now? My wish list includes:
R129
W140
W126
W201
R107
And I also want some MBs from the 60s and earlier.

Ok, so it's my turn to answer. One car that i would like to own at this point would be a 2002 S54 M Coupe. My first car was 1975 Porsche 914 1.8ltr.

The 400E (or E420) was made '92-'95. Are you sure you had a '91?

LOL Garfunkle strikes again!

My first car was a 79 beetle convertible.

My next car will be either a Aston Martin V8 Vantage or an F430

I know a 18 year old that owns that car almost exactly. Except it is some type of royal blue.

My next car will be a w202 c43 or c36. I don't care really which one, I just want an AMG to work with. Or a mid-90s m3 sedan. Preferably a c43.

My first car was a 1984 300D Turbo... I drilled the **** out of a Corolla and that's all she wrote. The guy I hit totally got what he deserved. He turned right without even looking and I was going through the intersection at about 50. He also had a suspended license slash was on his third DUI, meaning he was driving without insurance. Some people.

My First car was a 1984 Fiat Uno 55s,,, agile & fun,,,but a POS really.

Within reason (i.e. not having the $ for an AM V8 Vantage Volante) ,, I'd buy a 1989 Porsche 944 Turbo S and add MAF & Stage 2 chip. Pound for pound, dollar for dollar,, the best front engined sports car ever made.

Nice Bavaria, I almost bought one of those before I bought my 68 280sel, and I have to admit I am glad I got the benz . I am going to buy either a G-wagen or U1300 Unimog. I've got two cars, time for a truck.

elaborate on why your glad you bought the benz? Why not buy both.. The Bad Bav is more fun than you could ever imagine. It is fun also when you do this to old bimmers (72 CSL)

I've been thinking about getting into volunteer search and rescue in a few years once i'm out of college. I'd have a construction engineering management career, but i think i'd be cool to fit in some search and rescue if possible. For this i'd definitely like to have a unimog (not sure which model).

For a street car i'd like to be able to afford the 2007 CL63 AMG. I've always had a thing for the CL/CLS since first sight. It's one mean benz. Brand new CL63 is around $125,000 and rare...but hopefully i could find it used by the time i have the $$.

Check out this STUNNING picture.
