Rims?
Now, before I start, I'm gonna say I'm not too sure about these wheels...but they have possibilities. M
My 94 e320 is champagne (plan to color match cladding) and will soon have a black s600 style grille. I also plan to buy Zorro's projectors (chrome). How would these wheels look?

Also, would those specs be alright? ET42? I plan to lower it soon...so yeah
Thoughts?
I want your negative thoughts as well, I need the truth here lol

Truth? I kind of dig em'...they will be pretty different than your average disk style MB wheel, that's for sure. I think that 42 offset might be too deep though, I would think something like 35 or 37 would be better...might need spacers. BTW: I have ADR wheels and they are pretty nice...although the powder coat finish on mine (black chrome) is a little too delicate for my tastes. Mine are do for a re-powder coat after only 4 years due to chipping ( no rashing)

My friend told me that 10mm is really the max you should go because it can put strain on the hub. The rims are interesting. I think they would look good on a black car, Im not sure onf silver/champagne.

My current experience with my 8" wide wheels and and an offset of ET35 is that I need to run fender spacers and roll the fenders in order to eliminate any rubbing during turning/braking. That said, I would prefer my wheels were ET37. I would think that your net offset should be close to ET35-37 as well...so probably 5-7mm is all you need, and because these are 7.5" wide, you should not need to roll the fenders or run fender spacers.

I was looking on ebay under "5x112 spacers" and got some results. It seems they only have 3, 10, and 15mm.
Shanman, do you have a link to some spacers that would work on a 124?

They'd look nice with some tribal graphics...
All about personal opinion, of course. If you like them - get them.
I've always thought that the w124 doesn't do thin spoked / too fancy wheels well, but I was surprised how much I liked the look of Shanman's thin spoked black wheels when I saw his pictures. The design of his wheels is simple, which helps.

Thanks Coupe. Interestingly enough, I am thinking of having them refinished in a bright silver or maybe a charcoal....high gloss either way. I probably should do a photoshop to see how it would look first though.
