I'd be down for some of that action. It'd be nice to see some other W124's after staring at pictures of mine for 7 months while I was in AK...

I'm coming down in JanuRy to get my new "Big Brakes", SL600 Brembo fronts.
Sometime in the middle of the month.

Maybe sometime around then?

A parking garage will probably be our best bet due to the likelyhood of rain... I found this one in Everett:
http://maps.google.com/maps/place?hl...33702824722748

Of course if we get lucky we could always find somewhere to park outside as well

Rain?

I hope it's not snowing!!!

After last year's Toy Drive, I don't want to come down if it's snowing. LOL

You know you want to make this one Sean

Here is the plan:

Meet at the park 'n ride in Mountlake Terrace at 236th off I-5. It has several stories and was almost completely empty today (sunday), so if it's dry we'll have plenty of room to hang out. If by some miracle it's not raining we could hang out on the roof. It's also less than 100 feet from the freeway, so easy to find.

Does 12:00 work for everyone?

Anyone know if there is any good driving nearby?

Just for the sake of closure, here's the info:

Sunday, January 17th at http://www.mapquest.com/mq/9-A29dMcTeHG4VEti* at 12:00. We will meet there initially for pictures and some BSing, then anyone who wants to get food or go for a drive is more than welcome to join the convoy! I'm not really sure how many people are going because it has been posted in quite a few places, plus friends of friends and whatnot... The more the merrier!

Edit: For some reason my link isn't working properly, but the address is 6101 236th St SW in Mountlake Terrace. And it is a big parking garage

Link worked for me. I'm gonna try to be there, if I can get my brakes fitted that weekend, in the same area.

BTW: Good job of organising, Ari.

Just to let everyone know, this thing has grown quite a bit. Here's the link if anyone wants to get the whole scoop: http://190rev.net/forums/showthread.php?t=36192

Basically, we will meet at the Park'n'ride as mentioned before. Then anyone who wants to go for a drive can cruise over to XXX burgers in issaquah, where we will have reservations for around 1:30. It's about a 30 mile drive. All freeway driving.

Apparently there are several groups/forums who are attending, so it should be a pretty good meet. There is mention of a NWQuattro dinner thing going on even later, but I don't plan on spending the $$ for another overpriced meal lol

Also note that the time is probably going to be changed... I'm guessing we will all meet at the Park'n'ride at 11:00

Wink

Sorry, Michael,
I have Para-Cyber-Noia. I'll reveal my true identity when we meet. Does your car look the same as in your sig picture?

Actually, it is true that some people have concerns about being misrepresented on-line.

See you all tomorrow.

Ask Ari, Oops, I mean "Wolfe190", for the password.

Hey good to meet you too Rick (your 500 is a beauty)...as well as the rest of you that showed up. I wish I could have had a clean car. Embarrassing to have my car be so filthy! Great turnout by the way. I'll post pictures later this week.

Just couldn't stretch the pocket that far, hasn't been real easy lately considering my college student income

nice to hear you guys had a good turnout though, hopefully this spring/summer we can get something going

Pacific Northwest W124 Enthusiasts

Hey all,

If any of you are interested I created a Facebook group for W124 enthusiasts who live in the Pacific Northwest region of the US and Canada.

Pacific Northwest W124 Enthusiasts
www.facebook.com/groups/pnw124

I've already planned a meet through my W123 page, and am considering doing the same for this page.

Thank you!
