I should have gotten the E420 for the same price I paid for mine it was a toss up in driving the distance to pick it up.

So, exactly what kind of mileage are you getting? I usually average 22-24 mpg in my 118000 mile '93 400E. A six cylinder would have to get at least 30 before I would trade the power. And I would still miss it.

It all depends on the individual car. I have seen honda civics that get 20mpg and My wifes 3.1 malibu get 33 overall. Just cause you got the same engine as someone else doesn't mean it is the "same" engine. My 320 is getting 18 -19 round town in sub zero weather. But I got some things to do to it. I am sure it has the ability to do better but for now it is not...Plus I have been diagnosed with leadisfootyitis (no real treatment for this except a couple of tickets). Anyhow just dance with the one you got and enjoy the ride.

I picked up a grill and flat badge and will try white painted grill with flat badge look for the white Sportline.

I like the cleaner look on almost every other car I've seen the flat badges on, it looks more modern to me. Will keep the stock pieces in case second thoughts occur.

It will take a few more weeks, but the new clear tail lights look great and car will have the euro headlights soon.

Pics will come then- decided to skip the air dam/ duck tail/ wheels for now after that motor work. Sajin's adsitco.com wheels link have me thinking they are next.

I'm confused. Are removable hood stars no longer available? Mine was about $40.
