Misfiring
My car , once in a while, misfires for a couple of seconds right after starting, then goes to normal mode after that...Anybody experiencing this?? It seems that less fuel going through or something intermittent.

The coolant temperature sensor is the first sensor that adjusts during initial startup before the EHA takes over. You may want to go and replace that. It sits at the back of the engine and is attached to a black connector.
It's a $30 part and I personally experienced a decent MPG increase. (mine was for sure faulty due to error code, but nonetheless it may improve for you too).
I'd double check you don't have any error codes before swapping anything first.

Thanks...I'll check it out...for a moment, I thought I was in a wrong forum. One guy has an old BMW 2002 and another Dodger fan with a W211. Tsk..tsk..tsk
