Oppinion on car value. 1993 300e 2.8
We aren't much in the position to keep our dream benz any longer. Hopefully we can have another chance in the future.
I'm wondering if i could get some experienced opinions on the cars value. There is a lot of ups and downs to the car and kbb just doesnt seem right to me.
Whats done (with all receipts):
Wiring harness replaced OEM
Coolant temp sensor
Euro Style Head light
Clear Corners
Pioneer 6900ub head unit
Alpine Type S components (wired with rockford fosgate wire)
Sony Xplod 600w 4 channel amp (wired with monster cables)
Whats wrong with it:
The lighting system is severely screwed up. more info here: https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w124/253781-lighting-system-screwed-up-possible-culprits-its-mystery-come-play.html
Has some paint defects (bubbling and scratches)
The car runs great. Idles solid, shifts nicely, and accelerates smoothly.
I want to know what you guys would consider for its worth with the lighting system as is and if it were fixed.

Lights!
I just converted to Euro Headlights and did the same thing you did but without the stereo. No problems! I would check all your fuses to make sure you did not blow something. The electricity is seeking different paths to grounds and you may have blown a fuse or something related like a relay.
Good luck!
