Improving headlight cut off line?

I suppose this is formed by the quality of the headlights itself....but is there any way to make the cut off line any better?

I love my Depo lights and the cut off is actually visible unlike my old stock US ones...but any way to make it better?

Do the bulbs make a difference at all? I'm running Silverstar's right now.

No. You wont ever get a real cutoff line from reflector based headlights. Bulbs can make it brighter or change color but you can't do anything about beam pattern.

Euros are much cleaner than dot headlights but still nothing compared to projector HID

Ok that clears it up

Check this out though that I found last night:

The final beam looks amazing....but I don't like the look of it that much though.

the only way i can think of to improve cutoff would be something like this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/H4-to...QQcmdZViewItem

basic idea is to block light from hitting the bottom half of the bowl, so light only shines off the top half, and so nothing (less) goes upward to blind oncoming traffic...
