E500 let alone the E60 it's a bit like crossing the river to get some water.
The horsepower rating leaves you thinking what has to be done to make
the 4,2 perform 500 style offcourse with lower torque but anyway confusing
WHY . Hope someone has the answer.. Roger

The plastic fender flares are not Mercedes/AMG parts, I looked for these several years ago scouring the EPC and I never could locate them. Couldn't locate most of the decals either.
Garagecurrent.com had one of these for sale not long ago, don't see it there now, but here are some more AMG of Japan built cars they have for sale

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Seriously, anytime someone claims high HP gains I always ask for a dyno sheet. Usually they back down on the claim then.
To get some cheap extra HP you can put the euro (non cat) system as well as removing the center resonator. That alone will probably free up around 15 horses as well as drop about 40 lbs on the 420.
I'm not questioning their honesty but I have seen some chip manufacturers make wild claims in their ads but have nothing to back them up.
Maybe more important is where the HP comes in at. HP gains at 3000 rpm is worth more in real life than HP at 6000 rpm.
