Looking for a DIY for removing fuel distributor and adjustments
Im looking for a DIY for for removing the fuel distributor and a DIY for adjusting the fuel and measuring everything with a multimeter. If you could help me out that would be great full ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Also the fuel distributor has blue paint pen writing on it. Does that mean its has been rebuilt or is that how they came stock?

There's lot's of searchable info on this board, but you should start with the factory CD. The blue writing may indicate it's used from a wrecking yard.

Fuel dist? Unscrew all the fuel lines and there should be 3/4 bolts holding her down...that's it!
As for adjustment, it cannot be adjusted other than the EHA. You will need a CIS fuel pressure tester (or a generic with the CIS adapter). Go onto my FAQ thread and there's a link to the FSM with all the specs you need.
The only thing you can adjust is the lower chamber pressure via the EHA.
^ Jason, check that the seal was correctly installed...If it was...I think its probably a bad one. I don't see any other reason why the car wouldn't start assuming it was fine with an alternative FD. Even with the EHA plug disconnected

Thanks for responding. Do you mean the seal on the underside of the fuel distributor? If it's that black rubber ring, it looked fine. I bought my unit from eBay. It came with an EHA attached to it. I'm thinking the next thing to do is to swap out my EHA with the one that came attached to the newer fuel distributor.
