Best ET 14.76 @ 95.41 mph
Proves that the 400E / E420 is not that much slower then a 500E / E500.
If you want a quick and affordable 124, these are the cars to go after
248k mostly trouble free miles and still going strong! <knock on wood>
From the oil leaking issues he has had in the 320, I'm pretty turned off to the I6 motor.
With the stock diff in mine I ran a 15.7ish quarter @ around 90 mph, I was rather disappointed (I only had 200k miles on it at this point). If a diff swap wouldn't cost me more than my car is worth at this point I'd love to go down that route. Congrats on the great time.

I personally like the idea of less gas consumption, and as stated above am looking into a forced induction setup, converting the K-jetronic to standalone fuel injection and EDIS management via megasquirt. I have the MSII ver3.0 Unit built and running, the next financial hurdle is going to be a quality wideband O2 sensor. The list goes on, Holset HX35, FMIC, piping, wiring etc. Once I have everything, then it's up to my bridgeport and TIG to do the rest.
Regardless, I want to experince a V8 W124 before I die.
