Higher mileage car will have more wear items to replace. 104 engine more likely to blow head gasket and need wiring harness; 103 engine likely to need valve stem seals. 95 is face lift and 92 is not, so which look do you like better? Easy to maintain means how much can you do yourself- I don't think there's much difference between the two.

lots of cars
lower miles doesn't always mean better, above 150k i'm sure there have been a lot of issues worked out. I always stick to the 10k miles per year rule, for a 95 i would look for 140k miles. You don't want a car with super low miles that's been sitting for a year while all the rubber gets hard and cracks.

In short, my very low mileage (43K mi) W124, ran beautifully when I bought it and everything worked. Within 8 mos. I had spent $8K on renewing perished rubber, seals, Bakelite timing guides and other things on motor and suspension - due to lack of frequent and regular maintenance.
I hear this is not uncommon.
The tranny frequently loses reverse gear by these mileages - $3K for repair. Look for delay in shifting into reverse. It will run a long time like this, but failure is inevitable.
Look for oil leaks - 6 cyl is notorious for going through head gaskets.
- Check each car for DOCUMENTED maintenance.
- MOST Important - Have a Pre-purchase Inspection done.
Good luck, I hope this helps you to make the best choice
