cut the rusted metal fuel line back with pipe cutters. When you cut the rusted line, cut it back far enough so that you can use about 2 inches of good line. Once you have the rusted line in your hands cut the rusted part off...slip the 2 inches of pipe halfway in the rubber hose, put a new hose going from the 1 inch of pipe you have sticking out, to the metal fuel line going under your hood. Hose clamp it all up.

5 inches of rubber hose
3 hose clamps

About an $8 fix

Ya sorry i forgot to add an important part...

Clamp off the rubber hose before doing any cutting. Your going to lose a little fuel no matter what.
