Score at the junkyard!
Managed to find an unused med kit! The lady didn't even charge me for it!? Nor did the guy on exit. I didn't realize until I got home. +1 ![drive](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/driving.gif)
Armed with my starter charger, I found 2 front working window motors too. I couldn't figure out how to get the rear window motors off though (anybody know how it comes out?)
Also got an EHA from an M116 V8...they look identical, but will it work in my M103?

The rear window regulators and motors are pretty easy. There is just so little room to get your arm in there that it can be a real *****. If you ever want me to help you out, let me know. Ive been wanting to check out those OC junkyards for a while now anyway.

Well I ended up bending the motor towards me, I just didn't see how it physically is removed from the guides holding it in place...
Typically -- I just put the new motor in....Used starter charger...boom window works now!! Hook it all up and it blows the fuse as soon as I hook the battery back up. I don't get it...

lots of cars
The rears are easy if you know what's your doing. You remove these clips from the plastic sliding thing that holds the rear window and pop the cables out. It's a pain to put back in but at least you take the motors out.

w211 & w124
Next time you go to the junk yard can you call me? The place here in Wilmington sucks, they never have any w124 and what they do have are usually picked clean already.
You always seem to have good luck at your places. Nice...

Well hey just make a list of stuff you want and I'll add it to my list when I go.
I might be going next weekend to get the rear motors armed with more knowledge on how to remove them.

CA seems to have pretty good self serve jy's, but you have to check frequently as there is quick turn over and they get trashed. People here junk pretty decent W124's.
