I bought these about a year and a half ago for my 1995. They do not come with any washers. I have had good luck reusing copper washers by heating them with a torch to anneal them. Most auto parts stores stock a selection of copper washers as well.

I just bought the spheres.
It was difficult to get to some of the connections and get enough torque on them to loosen them. A set of flair nut wrenches will minimize your chances of rounding off the flats. The passenger side gave me the most trouble and I had to remove the 3 nuts that hold the sphere so that I could move it slightly to get access. Seems like I remember using small vise-grips on some of the fittings.
The spheres get removed from the inside, so you have to disassemble some of the interior to get the carpet up.
Try not to bend the tubing or it will be more difficult to get it to line up with the fittings when you install the new parts. Again, it is helpful to get the lines loosely fitted before you install the 3 nuts that hold the sphere (it may be screws instead of nuts).
Maybe someone will chime in with some tips to make the job easier.
Good luck.
