No spark at any of the ignition wires or just some? Just go down the line...
Wires -> Rotor -> Cap -> Coil.
I'd personally check the coil first though so you don't have to take off the stuff to get to the rotor. I'd highly doubt the rotor is the problem though unless it completely broke off. My bets the coil if there is no spark. Usually a bad rotor will just cause the motor to run like crap.

E-320 1995 no spark
1995 E-320 engine 104.992. No spark at the plugs. Can not find a wiring diagram for the system. What is in line after the coils ? Where does the signal come from ? HAs traction control could this effect it ? If so what items ?
Checked faults when it first stopped but they had never been cleared so there were many.

Have you thought of the neutral safety switch?. put the car in neutral and crank.....
did any one unplug the alarm? it will also not crank if that happened...
Check fuses are rotate all of them in place as they are known to corrode even if they appear ok.
Check fuses including the OVP
just throughing out ideas....

A faulty crankshaft position sensor could cause a no-spark condition.It's located on the top of transmission bell housing left driver's side.It reads engine rpm's to tell when to fire each cylinder.

08 Lexus GS350 AWD. 08 Lexus RX350 AWD - wife's. 94 MBZ E320 - still have it.
Most likely suspects from my experience:
1. OVP relay, located behind the battery.
2. Wiring harness shot, if it's still original.
