No.

A) The fronts will hit the struts and stick out about 3inches over the wheelarch.
B) Rears will rub on dips in the road and almost certainly will be too wide.

Pass on them.

what would be the perfect offset to run these widths?

i don't think an offset exists that would allow you to run a 10" wheel on your 300e.

also, there is a wheel fitment sticky that you should go through for future reference

Probably 30 mm offset.

I know that 8.5 J x 17 H2 ET 30 with 245/45 ZR 17 was a size that AMG fitted in W124's. The front nearly touch struts (a little tolerance) but fenders need to be spaced and bent.

I don't know exactly for 18'' rims. I think 245/40 ZR 18 may be fit but 275/35 ZR18 not.

Won't fit.....unless you're driving a 500E
