Front Turn Signal Lamp will not flash
I just replaced the bulb in my front right turn signal lamp. Got the bulb from the dealer and when I engage the turn signal switch to make a right hand turn the light in the instrument cluster blinks 5 times the normal speed. The lamp itself stays lit and will not flash properly....

Sure its the dual filament type?
Could be the multipurpose/combination relay although I've never personally seen this problem before. That relay controls the wipers + signals.
If you are sure the bulb is correct and is lit, then I'd have a shot at resoldering the relay at any bad joints. To buy the unit from the dealership is several hundred and online its still like $100.
Can't be the fuse or it wouldn't blink at all.

Yeah double filament type. Right after I replaced the bulb it stood out brighter than the left side. I'll take another look at it and keep everyone posted.
Thanks

Im guessing your wires are mixed on the base of the signal plug. Your turn signal should be brighter than the parking light, so if it is brighter than the driver's side then your parking light feature may be tripping the turn signal filament on the bulb.
Just pop open the cover on the connector, swap around the 2 wires that aren't brown (brown is ground), and let us know if that fixes it.

Im thinking it may be the flasher since the car has been totaled twice in two accidents where my whole front right end was damaged. Its been completely repaired twice.
Something must have been fouled up during the last assembly when it was repaired...

had something similar happen to mine...It was in a front end collision and when somebody was putting it back together they mixed up the wires in the conector plug just as rivcal said. Definitely check that out. What a PITA that was to diagnose
