loud clunk in reverse

Hello again. Ok I am hearing a really loud clunk as I shift into reverse. Its very loud and not normal and gets louder if the car is on a hill. What could this sound be any ideas? Thanks for any input guys.

There is, but they seldom go bad. You can easily check it

Take a look in the DIY sticky @ top. Latest post. I just changed my FD and you can see what a bad flex disk will look like. I also posted my rear one (which is fine). A picture tells the best story.

Don't get me wrong though...I'm not sure if these cars are supposed to me 100% quiet when put in reverse on a slope, the same way its normal that they can slip back a few inches when in park and you let off the brake.
