Need Some Wheels/Tires - Please Help

I need to slap some "regular" wheels back on the wagon as the 19's I have on right now are just too big. When I put some other rims on this wagon about 5 years ago I gave away the originals for free on Craigslist (yeah I know, dumb move).

If anyone has a spare set they want to clear out of their garage or know of someone selling some originals please let me know. I'll take any type from the 90's up that are between 15-17" and will fit without any modification.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Brian.

I'll have some OE 15" wheels from a 95 E300 real soon, the car is wrecked and I'm going to part it out but its still on the wheels in my garage at the moment...I guess that doesn't help you much right now.

What are you looking to get for them I would love to take them off your hands for you...lol. How far out are you looking? I could wait if need be, I mean I've had these 19's on the car for 2 years now.

That would be awesome. Are you still in Chicago though? The shipping would be a nightmare though...hmm.

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for but there are two wrecking yards in Anaheim that have a big pile of mercedes stock takeoffs.

I almost grabbed an oem set of gen 2 AMG monoblocks but I couldnt find the fourth in the pile and I had spent too long there before I started that day. They sell for $35 each, it might be worth a trip.

I will give you all 4 17X8 amg monoblocks for free with tires, all you have to do is drive to san francisco, meet me at a tire / wheel shop and pay for the mounting and balancing of my new rims and tires.

Would you mind giving me the name of the place? I could check it out on the w/end.

That is so tempting. If I had a car that I could drive up there to meet you and haul the tires back in I would. How 'bout I send you the money to cover those costs and shipping?

I bought 18X8 wheels and tires online Jan. 30th, I currently only have the rims. I called the online wheel shop and told me that there was a mixup in my order. I hope that the tires come by next week. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks. I will let you know when I will be able to send the monoblocks. You do know that you can fit 19 inch wheels on your car. All you have to do is find somone that can roll your fenders. Look on craigslist. Make sure they use a heat gun so your paint won't chip. OHHH.. just found out that you can also fit 18X10 in rears on all w124 with a 30 offset.

LOL goodluck with that! It'll stick out and rub like no other without a widebody install.

Stick with the tried and true 18x8 225/40/18.
