Motor Mount Hgt
Good day all,

I am in the process of replacing my motor mounts and noticed that new ones are 0.29 in taller than the originals. The parts supplier assures me that the mounts are correct for my 86 300E (automatic).

Just want to verify with the experts here before I install them. Is this decrease in hgt due to age? Will the additional hgt affect the alignment of other things??

If they are worn, it is normal. Sometimes the mounts can be completely flat!
Just make sure they are the correct hydraulic ones.
