@rivcal ....you're right about the fender at a junkyard....however the body work to fix it+paint+painting the bumper = at least $900, based on the 7 estimates sitting in front of me.......to replace the fender and paint it and the bumper = $2,200!

If you can, get the check and find a fender!

Yeah, who removes their fenders for maintenance unless they have to. After seeing the mud, I'd at the very least poke the drain hole to make sure it's clear.
