Car won't start and battery is draining

I've searched the forum high and low and I'm officially stumped. The car wants to start hear the fuel pump, the starter, the engine will sometimes cough like it wants to start but won't. I've checked voltage, fuses, distro cap is brand new, spark plugs non-resist brand new: great spark, OVP has a sinlge fuse slot 15 amp brand new I'm at wits end. I'm about to try jumping 87 and 15 on the OVP to see if I have any luck. Yes there is an aftermarket cd unit but its never been an issue. Also I've disconnected it to see if it was causing an issue, no problems found. I need some help

Just a thought. When I'm trying to troubleshoot a non-start for unknown reasons (but with starter motor cranking), I use a can of ether based starting spray and spray some into the air cleaner intake. If it still doesn't start, there are more problems that just the fuel system. If it runs for a little bit, the fuel system is at issue. I have found that a few "primes" in this way will sometimes get things "flowing" in the fuel system (air in the lines, pumps failing to prime, etc.) and will often clean "flooded" spark plugs.

It's old fashioned, but so I am, I guess.

It will start after an hour or so...[sometimes] but, like crap. I ordered a new OVP relay just in case because I read that the internals could be an issue. Yea, I was going to pickup a can of carb cleaner and go old fashioned. I took the air filter off so I could get a better view of everything going on. Nothing wrong with old fashioned...method will always be around.

Finally got my brand new OVP from AutohausAZ. Plugged her in and car fired up first try, ran for a bit @ high rpm then as she began to warmup died again. Figure its because the battery is dead, battery is on charger but she's doing exactly what she did before again. Looking for solutions while the battery charges.

Water seems to be in the system, exhaust had a healthy amount dripping from it.
