Too bad there aren't many low-mileage 500s out there....

I've heard that driving so little is bad for cars. It develops problems from it just sitting so long.

1995 e320 cab
only 17000

yes, it is insane, I just got the car after about a year and a half search. The milage is true and the car is just great. I've had it for a month and put 80 miles on it.
With this use, it could get up to 20K in a year or two.
Mike, I will send pics.

"And i see someone only has 8000! my god, is that not your driving car or just dont use it much?"

It now has around 9,000 miles.

It is my parents car. It will replace my mom's 01 Jaguar S-Type 4.0. She chooses to drive that instead of the MB.

The car drives fine. It needs the a/c and a tranny leak fixed. My parents had our 95 E320 Wagon checked out at an Independent German repair place.

The original owners drove their Caddy instead. They were a couple in their 80s and the husband passed away in the fall of 02 and we bought it in September of last year.

There is a nice old couple across the street with a rather ugly 80s Caddy and a E28 (82-88 BMW 5er) 528e that is in nice condition but they drive the Caddy much more than the BMW. Not to get off topic, but I really like the way Bob Lutz is attracting younger customers to Caddilac.

The reason why my paren'ts 95 E320 isn't getting driven is because the lease on the Jaguar goes up in a few months so she is getting her money's worth by driving it.

I think seeing these cars with low mileage is also encouraging. They aren't a Ferrari after all.
