Thanks Joef for the pictures Many thansk specality for the Black W124 with Superstar Orden wheels, when im thinking about just those wheels for my car, but with lower ofset so i will get more deep dish wheels
Many of the "VIP Style" are to much even for my taste (im thinking about the oversized body kits), But most of the body work (wide body) and low riding style is just awsome.

If its done right it can look good imo , but almost all "VIP look" builds have got oversized bodykits and/or some nasty wide body, but i kinda like the one that i posted the link where you can see the build from the start (Im talking about the body work), since imo are E500/E500 fenders pretty common here in Sweden if you ask me, so im in first hand looking for some new ideas to get a one of a kind build (but im not sure if i will go with other fenders then my 500 front and custom rear)
But thanks any how for ure opinion

Would Albert's ( SOCAL Carbon ) build be considered as a VIP ( whatever that means ) ?
Wonder if he ever finished the build...

"VIP" are for me - Slammed, Oversized body kit´s, WIDE body, big wheels with negative camber (18-20" on the 124 chassi)
If i understod it right so is it sold?
Last time when im was writing with him (about 2-3 years ago so was the project put on ice, and he would not post any pictures when to many people would do the same body work to their cars)
Great work but the wide body kit its a little bit to much for my taste, mine rear fenders are about 30mm wider then stock 500 and thats enought.
Simular width as you have got on ure c124 is perfect
But thanks for the link, more crazy 124 project´s is better so i may get some new ideas that i havent allready been thinking about

I wouldned call my car a "VIP" either. Just a custom car. As for if it's done, which one?
Kind regards,
A.S.

Dont know if you do remember me, but we had a talk a few years ago about ure project and you had some thought about Stefans crazy carbon fiber E500 (S500R here on the forum) that i was helping out and post some pictures on some forums,
I was talking about the yellow wide-body e500 that he RYBCC linked in the post before mine.
Would be fun if you could post some pictures on the project when it was done, pretty crazy with 13" wide wheels in the rear, i think mine would be enought that are tiny 11"

Yes I do sort of remember. His car is car is just amazing.
As for my yellow project, I really never intended to build that car, but rather just use it as a "mock-up" car to design something radical. I did finish the kit, but unfortunately I got stuck with so many other projects that I really never got a chance to make the car I wanted to yet. I'm currently finishing up my 94 Cabrio & a station wagon. I'll post some pix of those once I'm almost complete.
Btw how's your car coming a long?
Kind regards,
Albert S.
