Mercedes-Benz 300D TURBO 1987
reputable dealer?
I have dealt with Autorice and have had no problem. I understand that in retail, the demand can clean out one's inventory until the next shipment arrives. I recently received an s600 style grill insert and a chrome shift gate surround without a hitch. P.

speedracer is autorice himself.
that's why you got no reply from your question.
do a 'search' at mercedes shop on bodykits.
pkmaven-consider yourself one of the fortunate ones...
his reputation sucks, you get this by NOT delivering what you promise. he has earned his reputation.
look at what the other forums have to say on this matter.

well brother, you have your opinion i have mine.
people have a RIGHT to know the truth.
say you and i know each other. you're looking to buy this beautiful mercedes 500e or something. i know it was almost totaled [you don't], the seller doesn't tell you.
you would sure be grateful if i told you...
i don't want to see another mercedes enthusiast get 'e-screwed'.
if you do what you say in business or communicate when you can't, it saves everyone headaches.
if you don't, it sure 'LOOKS' like you care more about your OWN interests.

That's a very good scenario, and I completely agree. But with such a topic, it might be better, (instead of saying that his reputation sucks because you had an unfavorable experience), if you simply said that there are mixed opinions. I'm not telling you not to inform others of your experiences, but don't go making sweeping generalizations. Part of it is to have everyone formulate their own opinion based on the way their purchase goes. As for me, I've place about half a dozen orders with him, and each one has been above average at least. He's personable, and a guy just like you or I that loves his car and love making it his own expression of individualism. That's what these pages are about: talking to other enthusiasts about what they love. So let's do that, and leave stop before we get another specified post dedicated to this topic. *hops off soapbox*
