To keep or not to keep

Yesterday my 300ce had one of it's arms broken off at the joint. The drivers side left lower control arm broke off at the ball joint, the wheel went wild and it dented up my fender pretty badly.

My question to everyone:
Should I fix the car, given its current physical state? Or buy a new 124, keep it for parts, sell off the shell, part it out, etc?

It would help to give everyone a little background on the car...
Problems:
Engine stalls at low speeds, EFI problem.
Engine stalls at high speeds...
Breaks need replacing
All bushings have all but turned to dust.
shocks are all blown
ebrake doesnt work
think the blower is blown (a/c heat)
interior is a mess, cracked plastics, crusty torn leather, horrific carpet

The list goes on, let me know what you guys think. Not too emotionally attached to the car as it pisses me off most of the time, but it is a good looking car (at night) and its the first car my girlfriend and I have owned together.

Thanks everyone.

Each 124 is a good one...so if you have the time and inclination to part yours out,
upgrading using your own preferences and or board knowledge makes sense.

Just to clarify, your saying I could part out the suspension parts and other stuff and rebuild using new parts and whatnot? If that's what youre saying, it sounds good to me. But I'd still like to hear what some others have to say. All input is welcome. Thanks guys.

I'm sure with all the things you've mentioned, it would be cheaper to buy another cleaner one and keep yours for parts.

Remember, if it will cost you 3000$ to get it running perfectly, you can buy another clean one for that much and have spare EVERYTHING.

That's what I was thinking. Sedans are nice. Is it true, that because of the weight difference the coupe CE breaks are bigger than the sedan E breaks? Can't remember what forum I heard this on. Thanks guys, keep'em coming, I need good points to help me make a big decision!

i'm in the same situation as you actually.. (whole controller arm torn) rim cracked, etc
i think i cracked my brake fluid thing and it leaked into the engine or something
anyways the situation is bad..

find yourself another 124 and if you can part it out then do it..
because the junkyard will not give you crap.. literally like $100 and your CE is going to take alot of time and money to fix

i would part mine out, but i do not know how...
I love the color of mine, but i always wanted a bit more power.. so im thinking about the e320 or the v8 variants and doing a repaint.. but i really would love to repair mine.. :/

and i know you love the ce, so find another..
