You can add it to the gas tank or carefully and slowly draw it into the intake manifold via a vacuum port.

Not sure why you're going to use it....what are your symptoms ?

I was thinking to 50 in gas n 50 via vacuum line, is the vacuum line needs to be open with a wrench? The one connected to big black round rite? Cuz I did my f150 I just unplug the vacuum line by hand its kinda weird if this 1 need a wrench to open it. Nothing I just hve bad mpg, less power n just want to clean up lil bit

So shouldn't you be asking what steps you should be taking to improve your fuel economy?

Seafoam consists primarily of naptha which has a strong cleaning/detergent effect in an engine.
It's not a "magic bullet" if you have problems with the CIS-E settings on your M103-12V or even something as basic and extremely common as a vacuum leak.

I'm very basic and logical when it comes to troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with an internal combustion engine.

Why not start by pulling your spark plugs and "reading" them..
The condition of the plugs will lead you to where your problem lies be it fuel, ignition or combustion...

Thx for the advice. I changed my plugs like 4 or 5k ago so I assumed plugs r still ok and the reason I wanna do seafoam cuz I did it with my truck cuz I ran through a problem with it n theres noticable differences at least for myself n since it has 150k on it I thought it wouldnt hurt to clean the inside lil bit cuz I dont hve money to change dis cap etc . Is it bad for the engine if I use seafoam? Thanks for ur reply though

When you changed your plugs did you "read" or analyze the condition and color of the plugs that you removed...
I guess "reading" plugs is becoming a lost art on newer computer controlled engines with plugs that go 40K-50K miles.
You're M103-12V is far from an engine that has a high tech engine control system.
In fact your fuel injection is only semi electronic !!

Seafoam is not going to hurt your engine as long as you use it per the instructions...
I wouldn't use it on an engine that has been maintained with regular oil/filter changes and uses a tier one gasoline..

In your case ..go for it !!

Exactly...
The OP was determined, he did it, engine still runs, but didn't make enough smoke to annoy his neighbors...

"Mission accomplished !"

It's amazing what spelling, punctuation, syntax and grammar can do for a string of letters......
