I hang out on Benzworld as well (now stop throwing stones you know damn well so do a lot of you reading this) and it bemuses me that MBWorld doesn't have a Model Specific Buy/Swap/Sell section for the members.

Really I don't have any interest in a 2003 CLK door skin 0 I am interested in what fits my W124 model car ! Yes I then have to search a bit further for the 300CE but what the heck - at least I know the stuff I am searching through is relative to what I have interest in !

So let's have a poll

Who is for a model buy/swap/sell section i.e W124 ?

I'm in. It's a useful feature.

I would love one, but I doubt those in charge care to implement it.

Yes fully comprehend that BUT (as I put to them) this whole concept of a BUY/SWAP/SELL in each Class Forum would give them 60+ more opportunities to gain a sponsor who wants to put his/her company name up at the top of a sticky post !!!

And one that will be exposed every time a forum user goes to page 1 !!!!!!
Just as some of them are on the overall forum listing at the top level.

Management have noticed - lets see whether they decide to implement it !

I know who it is - it was one of the first responses I got when I posted my question all over the forums and almost ended up in NEVER NEVER LAND !

He's a Super Member who drives CL55, G500 Hybrid, Audi 5000.

Each to his own I guess RWH - but it was funny that he alone stood out and said NAHHHHHHHH !. Everyone else has been very much in favour of it and the forum admin guy was most undertsanding. What I don;t quite understand is why they think it is such a major change for the board.
I mean it isn't that hard to put a sticky in place - hell they did it for the gawd-awful advertising of totally un-related stuff at the top of every forum just days after I started my campaign. Hahahahhahahaha

Well let's give them some time to consider the suggestion.
I can do no more than that !
