AMG rear window spoiler on ebay!!!
Anybody knows what this looks like on the car? I'm assuming it won't fit a coupe since they are hard on posting 4 DOOR, SALOON, 500E....

Or is it the sedan has too much curvature - can never remember which.
They only come up every so often. I really thinking if I could lay my hands on these things I would get some fiberglass molds made and produce them to order. I mean the guys who made them don't do them anymore and the coupe always seems to be the poor brother of the sedan when it comes to these bits.

Shipping may make it VERY not worthwhile for you man. I'll send you pictures though. It is in as-new undamaged condition. It was only taken out of the box to be put on the coupe trunk to see what work needs to be done.

I noticed the item in the OP link was sold for $90, and the item is located in UK. And UK is not that far from Norway, so I guess that would be just as smart in my case. Rather than shipping around half the globe.. But what's the weight on this thing? I imagine it to be less than half a kilo, possibly about 1kg when securely packaged?! Can't see why that should be so expensive if shipped by containership? Not sure how they calculate, is it price by weight or space? Or both?

This is the Sedan spoiler type I was referencing. You can see why/where it doesn't fit on the coupe in the last few images. It is such a slight difference in contour and shape, but it is apparently a HUGE deal to fix properly with filling/molding.
I've not seen it in person yet, but my dad said it has no waves and is of quite excellent quality. My bodyshop guy was of the same impression. I'll be traveling home today for the holiday, so I can get more info if needed.
I'm sad, it would have looked SICK on Bucky :C
